About me
Hello! My name is Pieter, some people know me as Rolf, but you know what ! You can call me what ever you like but keep it nice ok.
Now somthing about me;
I live on the mid north of Tasmania in Australia with my wife JulieAnne and daughters Marilene 6, Melanie 4 and Jessica 2 my life totally revolves around them.
Being married and be an dad to an 6,4 and 2 year old daughter has got to be one of the most wonderful things life has to offer. Having been my primary career since they were a baby, so much has changed. The endless shitty nappies. the two years i spent with puke permanently displayed on my left shoulder. The first word, the first tooth, the first steps...oh there has been so much and it all happened in the blink of an eye and then, it's gone and can never return. So we have 3 daughters. Yes, this is something we are very proud of
I enjoy cooking although I usually leave that challenge to my wife JulieAnne, We care about what we eat, and I'm a firm believer in in a good homecooked dish rather then that junk food of mcd or H Jack.
I love Dutch, Aussie, food, especially pastas as much a part of the evening as then sitting down together eating it.
Cooking is quite a thing and so when you have 5 people in a kitchen with access to garlic and chillies, the result can only be a man sized overdose of both items.
And so what if it ends up so hot it dissolves ones taste-buds from 50 paces. The company, the conversation, the laughter and the food are a priceless combination. It's all in good fun.
